Direct Support Professional (DSP)
DSPs are responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive environment which fosters growth in the individual’s home and community. DSPs provide direct support with ADLs, household chores, community access, meaningful activities, and fostering relationships. All trainings provided.
House Manager (HM)
This position is on call 24/7, unless arrangements are made for another HM to hold calls and cover responsibilities. HMs are responsible for managing all aspects of ISLs, including direct supervision and ongoing training of Direct Support Professionals. The health and safety of the individuals supported is at the forefront of HM duties, including assurance that DSPs are providing quality services. HMs must be capable and willing to work shifts when coverage is needed. Must have direct care experience.
